Full Papers Submission

All authors from whom the abstracts have been accepted, are invited to provide a Full Paper for their paper presentation. Please see the guidelines for submission below.

How to submit your Full Paper

1. Download the Full Paper Template here and save it to your computer.

2. Prepare your Full Paper using the template and following the instructions provided.

3. When your Full Paper is completed and ready to send, open this Online Full Paper Submission Form.

4. Fill in the simple form and attach both DOCX and PDF file with your Full Paper.

5. Upon receipt of your submission, the system will issue an e-mail confirmation to the corresponding author automatically. If you will not receive it within 1 hour (and it will not be either in your spam folder), please contact us by e-mail (

Please note: The authors should indicate in the Online Full Paper Submission Form whether they intend to participate in the Best Congress Paper competition and whether they agree that their paper is made available for the Congress participants.

Cancelling a Full Paper submission

Publication Policy


The authors of the abstracts are required to submit their Full Paper before May 15, 2015 May 22 in order to secure their participation as presenter. In case your Full Paper is not submitted before this deadline, your submission might be cancelled or reallocated in the final programme.

All Full Paper submissions will be available online in the form of electronic publication with ISBN accessible on the website. Authors are asked to authorize the digital publication of their submission via on the online submission form. Authors are not asked to transfer the copyright of their document. Therefore they can use the document for any other publication outlet, if the new publisher would accept paper already published in the electronic proceedings. Those who opt not to have their submission published online, are advised to bring printed copies to be distributed at the session.


We are happy to announce the opening of the special Poster Sessions as an integral part of the Congress programme. The Poster Session will offer the participants possibility to display their poster, present and discuss their research. Authors are necessarily asked to follow Poster Instructions below and to bring finished poster printed with them to the congress. Additionally, authors accepted for the poster session will be allowed to publish their research in the form Full Paper in the Congress Proceedings. In this case if you are interested to publish your Full Paper, please follow the general terms for Full Paper Submission and the due for it May 22nd.
